POSTDOCTORAL ASSOCIATE POSITION to study the stroma-epithelium interaction and immunological pathways in cancer One fully funded postdoctoral position is available in the laboratories of Jorge Moscat and Maria Diaz-Meco [https://www.moscatdiazmecolab.org] to study fundamental aspects of cell lineage plasticity and crosstalk between the stroma and cancer cells in the tumor microenvironment, with special attention to colorectal cancer. The project is based on our recent publications on this topic: Ma et al., 2013 Cell; Duran et al., 2016 Cancer Cell; Moscat et al., 2016 Cell; Nakanishi et al., 2018 Immunity; Reina-Campos et al., 2019 Cancer Cell; Kudo et al., 2020 Cancer Cell; Kasashima et al., 2021 Developmental Cell; Linares et al., 2021 Molecular Cell; Martinez-Ordoñez et al., 2023 Cancer Cell. The Moscat/Diaz-Meco Labs are located in a newly renovated space in the Weiss building on the Rockefeller University campus in Manhattan, New York. The position offers very competitive benefits, a salary range of $58,500 - $65,320, and access to subsidized Cornell housing in Manhattan and Roosevelt Island.
