As a Postdoctoral Associate, you will work on research focused on cancer evolution, tumor cell plasticity, chromosomal instability, innate immune signaling, and functional genomics in cancer. Projects in the lab integrate experimental and computational approaches to understand how genetic and microenvironmental context shape tumor progression and therapeutic response.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct research independently and/or collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all experiments are appropriately conducted following Lab, Department, and College policies and procedures.
• Design, organize, and carry out experiments using established protocols, and adapt or develop new protocols as needed.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze research data, including maintaining detailed experimental records and research datasets.
• Tabulate data for presentations and use graphics and statistical software to analyze and present findings.
• Participate in manuscript and abstract preparation with the Principal Investigator, publish results in research journals, and present findings at conferences.
• Assist the Principal Investigator in applying for fellowship, grant, and scholarship support, as requested.
• Assume general responsibility for scientific operations of the laboratory, including training and supervising students or other laboratory personnel, as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

• PhD, MD, or equivalent doctoral degree in cancer biology, molecular biology, genetics, genomics, systems biology, computational biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
• Demonstrated research productivity, including peer-reviewed publications or preprints.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: molecular and cellular biology, genomics, cancer biology, mouse models, bioinformatics, or quantitative data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment.
• Applicants should provide a CV, cover letter describing research interests, and contact information for three references.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with functional genomics, cancer model systems, single-cell or genomic profiling approaches, computational analysis of sequencing data, or tumor immunology.
• Interest in interdisciplinary research spanning experimental and computational methods.
