Postdoctoral Associate in Pediatrics, Dr. Camilia Martin’s Lab

As a Postdoctoral Associate, you will be merging the fields of clinical neonatal nutrition and data science, using multimodal data analysis and machine learning, to assess infant nutrition requirements. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Collect, organize and analyze research data from all participating sites.
  • Tabulate data for presentations and use graphics and statistical software to analyze and present data.
  • Participate in abstract and article preparation with the Principal Investigator, publish results in research journals, and present findings at conferences.
  • Assist the Principal Investigator in applying for fellowship, grant, and scholarship support, as requested.

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

Ph.D. in Nutrition, advanced skills in R, Python, SAS, machine learning and multivariate analysis, Omics and bioinformatics.

  

Preferred Qualifications: 

Clinical data science experience.
